As an out-of-network provider with insurance provider not listed above, my services are widely covered in part by many insurance companies.
Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for out-of-network psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

- Does my health insurance plan include tele-health out-of-network mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

If I use out-of network benefits, will I be reimbursed for the full amount or a portion?

Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Practice Policies
Cancellation policyIf you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel 24 hours before your scheduled session. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. In addition, frequent cancellations or rescheduling may result in terminating our counseling relationship.
